Can I tell whether a wall is load-bearing from a photograph?
Photographs help, but they may not establish the load path. Drawings, measurements, an inspection or opening-up work may be needed.
Is temporary support included?
Temporary works must be specifically agreed. The permanent beam design does not automatically include a contractor’s temporary propping scheme.
How much will the work cost?
Fees depend on the structure, available information and required deliverables. You receive a project-specific written quotation before appointing the team.
