1. Introduction
Insideout Engineering All Over is a trading name of Nationwide Consulting Group Ltd. This page describes how website enquiries are handled. It does not replace the written professional appointment supplied for a specific project.
2. Definitions
In this guide, “we” means Nationwide Consulting Group Ltd trading as Insideout Engineering All Over; “you” means the person making the enquiry; “appointment” means the project-specific terms and scope agreed in writing.
3. Scope of Services
The quotation identifies the services, deliverables, assumptions and exclusions. Uploading drawings or sending an enquiry does not by itself appoint an engineer or authorise work.
4. Geotechnical / Topographical Exclusions
Ground investigation, soil testing, drainage surveys, measured surveys and topographical surveys are not included unless expressly stated in the quotation. Required third-party information must be identified before design can be finalised.
5. Commencement and Delivery
Start dates and delivery dates are confirmed for the appointment once the required information, access and agreed payment conditions are in place. New information or changes may affect the programme.
6. Express Service
Urgent and express requests are subject to written confirmation of availability, scope, fees and delivery arrangements. Selecting a timing preference on the website is not a guaranteed delivery commitment.
7. Fees and VAT
Your quotation states the fees and whether VAT is included or added, where applicable. This website does not publish a universal project price.
8. Payment
The payment schedule is set out in the quotation or appointment. No payment is taken by the enquiry form.
9. Expenses
Any chargeable travel, investigations or other expenses should be identified or approved in the agreed scope before they are incurred.
10. Late Payment
Any applicable late-payment provisions must be set out in the written appointment and remain subject to applicable law. This website guide does not introduce a separate charge.
11. Booking / Site Visits
Visits are by arrangement and subject to location, availability and suitable access. Tell the team about access restrictions or a need to reschedule as soon as possible.
12. Payment Methods
Available payment methods and the correct payee are provided with the quotation or invoice. Verify unexpected changes to payment details by calling the established telephone number.
13. Cancellation / Refund Terms
Cancellation rights, any right to withdraw, the effect of requesting an early start and how any refund is calculated must be explained in the appointment before work begins. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded by this website guide.
14. Intellectual Property
Ownership and the permitted use of documents are set out in the appointment. Do not reuse engineering documents for another property or a changed design without confirmation. The sample pack is informational and cannot be used for construction.
15. Confidentiality
Project information is used to review and deliver the agreed work, subject to the appointment and privacy notice. Tell us about specific confidentiality requirements before sending information.
16. Subcontractors
Where specialist input or subcontracted services are proposed, the arrangements and responsibilities should be made clear in the appointment. This guide does not promise that all work is performed by a single person or organisation.
17. Building Control
Calculations and drawings support the relevant submission and technical review. They do not guarantee approval. Other requirements may apply to the project and remain outside the structural scope.
18. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate current drawings, disclose relevant previous works, arrange agreed access and tell the team when plans or site conditions change. Do not proceed with construction on the basis of an unaccepted quotation or sample documents.
19. Third Parties
The appointment identifies intended recipients and any permitted reliance. Sharing a document does not by itself grant a third party a right to rely on it.
20. Professional Liability
Professional responsibilities, insurance arrangements and any applicable liability provisions must be defined in the written appointment. This page does not introduce a blanket liability exclusion or an unverified insurance limit.
21. Post-delivery Support
The scope and duration of support, including responses to Building Control comments and revisions, are identified in the quotation. Changes beyond the agreed scope may require a further quotation.
22. Data Protection
Personal information is handled as described in the website privacy notice and any project-specific information supplied at appointment.
23. Force Majeure
If circumstances outside either party’s control affect the work, the impact and next steps should be discussed promptly under the appointment terms.
24. Complaints / Dispute Resolution
Contact the team by email with your project reference and concern. We will identify the responsible contact and the relevant complaints process. Any dispute procedure belongs in the written appointment and remains subject to applicable rights.
25. Termination
Any right to end the professional appointment, required notice, outstanding charges and document arrangements are set out in the appointment.
26. Notices
For website enquiries, contact info@insideoutengineeringallover.co.uk or the registered office at 167–169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF. The appointment states any formal notice requirements.
27. Governing Law
The applicable law and jurisdiction are stated in the professional appointment, taking account of the project and customer. This informational page does not restrict statutory rights or replace legal advice.
28. General Provisions
Project-specific terms must be agreed before work starts. If information on this page differs from a proposed appointment, ask the team to clarify before accepting it.
