The relevant basis may be steps you request before a contract, performance of the appointment, compliance with legal obligations or our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service. The enquiry form does not sign you up to marketing.

Coverage checking

Your postcode is sent to Postcodes.io to verify it and obtain location information. Do not enter a name or other personal details into the postcode checker.

Hosting and service providers

Information is stored on the website’s hosting service. Hosting, email and any configured project-management service may process information on our behalf. Project information may be shared with appropriately appointed engineers or specialists where needed to assess or perform the work. Request details of the providers and any relevant international transfer safeguards from the team.

Documents and access

Uploads are stored outside the publicly served website folder. Project records and documents are available to authorised team members and the relevant portal user. Guest enquiries use a private access key; keep that key confidential. You should only upload information you are entitled to share.

Retention

We retain enquiry and project information for as long as needed for its purpose and relevant contractual, professional or legal obligations. The exact retention period depends on the record and appointment. You can ask the team about retention or request deletion; some records may need to be retained where a lawful requirement applies.

Your rights
