Request the proposed engineer’s qualifications, relevant professional membership information and current insurance information before appointment. We do not claim every engineer is chartered or publish an unverified insurance limit.

Clear issue and revision records

Issued documents should identify their project, purpose and revision. Tell the team if site conditions or your plans change; an earlier design may no longer apply.

Building Control support

Structural calculations and drawings support your Building Regulations submission and Building Control review. Approval is not guaranteed. Responses to design queries are provided where included in the agreed scope.
