Yes. Water pressure can significantly affect the loads on a retaining wall. Drainage assumptions and maintenance responsibilities need to be clear.
Is excavation support included?
Permanent retaining wall design does not automatically cover temporary excavation support. Temporary works require a separately defined scope.
